We are seeking a highly resourceful and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute the marketing function across a group of dynamic companies spanning multiple sectors. This is a lean, high-impact role ideal for a candidate who thrives on both strategy and execution. You’ll be responsible for building brand presence, driving business objectives, and executing campaigns through both digital and traditional marketing channels. 

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for the group and its individual business units.
• Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, paid ads, social media, email marketing, content, analytics, and CRM engagement.
• Oversee traditional marketing initiatives including print media, POS materials, brochures, event coordination, sponsorships, and PR campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, product teams) to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Lead brand positioning, messaging, and ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms and subsidiaries.
• Manage and track marketing budgets, deliver regular performance reports, and optimize ROI for campaigns.
• Handle vendor relationships, including brand principals, agencies, media partners, designers, and production houses.
• Create marketing calendars, plan promotions, and support seasonal or strategic campaigns across different industries.
• Be both strategic and hands-on—crafting copy, building decks, posting content, or directing photoshoots when needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
• Proven track record in planning and executing successful digital and offline campaigns
• Strong knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, GA4, SEO tools, Canva, and basic CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, loyalty programs, or database marketing is a strong plus.
• Excellent copywriting and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency in analyzing data and translating insights into action.
• Ability to manage multiple brand principals and internal stakeholders with clarity, efficiency, and calm under pressure.
• Independent, resourceful, and capable of executing high-quality work with minimal supervision.
