The Assistant to the CFO plays a crucial role in supporting the Chief Financial Officer in overseeing the financial operations of the hotel and Casino. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with a strong understanding of financial principles and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of administrative, analytical, and project-based tasks, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the Finance department and the overall financial health of the hotel & Casino.

Financial Analysis and Reporting Support: 

• Assist CFO in develop and build financial models for the project, potential partnerships and business plans for hotel and Casino
• Support on performing analytics on business/project performance and make recommendations providing strategic input and recommendations to improve business performance
• Assist in oversee partnerships and the development of terms and conditions/structures
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and other financial documents.
• Gather and compile financial data from various sources for analysis.
• Perform basic financial analysis and assist in identifying trends and variances.
• Support the CFO in preparing for financial audits and compliance reviews.
• Assist in the implementation of new accounting policies and procedures.
• In cooperation with the Sales, Marketing, Business Development, PCM initiate and commission studies/researches aiming to assess opportunities for new investments, new projects or to set new strategies to ensure that projects comply with market and client’s preferences and trends that will lead to increased business targets and profits.

Project Coordination:

• Assist the CFO in managing and tracking various financial projects and initiatives.
• Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary information and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Follow up on action items and deadlines.

• MBA or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• CPA or related certification required. Hotel & Hospitality industry experience strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing financial responsibilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese & English.
