Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our growing SafetyNet Health Insurance retail operations. The role is key to ensuring the smooth flow of sales activities by managing lead tracking, supporting direct customers throughout their policy lifecycle, and coordinating renewal communications. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Khmer with a working knowledge of spoken and written English, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

• Lead Management & Monitoring:
• Track, monitor, and follow up on leads generated by the sales team.
• Ensure timely and accurate updates in the CRM or sales tracking system.
• Collaborate with sales agents to improve lead conversion rates.
• Customer Support:
• Serve as a point of contact for direct customers during the entire policy period.
• Assist with customer queries, policy changes, documentation, and claims support.
• Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.
• Renewal Coordination:
• Prepare and dispatch renewal notifications through direct and indirect channels (SMS, phone calls, emails, and partner communication).
• Follow up with customers to encourage timely renewals and minimize lapse rates.
• Reporting & Communication:
• Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on lead performance and customer feedback.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, lead status, and renewals.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years' experience in sales related role
• Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
