Responsibilities and Duties

Access and review medical document in the system and generating the necessary output, including comments, in accordance with the insurance policy wording and benefit structure
Understand and communicate the specific insurance policy
Quality medical claim assessment and mitigation of fraud and abuses
Provide medical opinion to other team to support their response to support frontline customer service team for their inquiry as a medical/claim specialist
Identifying administrative difficulties faced during the claim adjudication to improve process
Other tasks and projects assigned from management

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor of Medicine or Medical Doctor Degree (fresh graduate is welcome) or any in related field in medicine (nursing degree with ER experience is preferable)
Computer literacy in MS Office or equivalent, Internet and Email
Good in speaking and writing both English and Khmer.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Honest, reliable, flexible, friendly, hardworking and a team player.
Proactive, ready to take new challenges and learn new things
