Job Summary

Reporting to the Sales Manager and being based in Phnom Penh, the incumbent will be responsible for optimizing sales, distribution, brand visibilities and activation
The incumbent is responsible drive sales to 6 Key Wholesalers (PP & Kandal) who will distribute authorized PR CAM products to drinks shop, liquor shop, supermarkets, contracted Outlets and so on. He/She will also have the responsibility to drive Key Wholesalers to expand PR CAM business in non-contracted outlets serviced by Key Wholesalers.
The incumbent will liaise with line manager to propose activation and engagement with customers (sub wholesalers, drink shop… etc) to drive consumer experience with the Group’s brands and to achieve sales volumes/distribution target.

Responsibilities and Duties

Mandatory monthly visit 150-200 outlets to develop strong customer relationship, to promote great drink brands of the Group, to penetrate new outlets, and to deploy strategic brand activation/event.
Collaboration with related department and commercial team to ensure commercial directions are implemented efficiently and effectively.
Submitting and presenting monthly report on good performing and underperforming outlets to make sure the assigned provinces/outlet types are performing.
