As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the best possible service delivery.
1. Enhance/improve/introduce the company’s relationship and alignment with assigned accounts
2. Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth and special objectives within assigned territory
3. Research customer business needs and develops a mix of products and services to meet these needs
4. Evaluate market trends and recommend products to customers based on business needs and goals
5. Offer value-added services to Customers as needed to help support growth and customer loyalty
6. Be informed of market conditions, product innovations, competitor products, prices, and sales
7. Share information and knowledge with customers as part of a value-added service
8. Answer customer's questions about products, prices, availability, and product uses
9. Troubleshoot any problems that occur during the order process (i.e.: out of stocks, special order, low inventory)
10. Participate in company functions, customer visits, and customer events
11. Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining sales records, processing credits and pick up request, prepare sales quotes and menu suggestions and filing reports
12. Performs other tasks as assigned by management
Education and/or Job Experience Requirements
1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in sale / marketing or any related file.
2. Experienced in key account or enterprise sales, corporate sales or project sales
3. Good at presentation and negotiation skill
4. English proficiency
5. Computer and digital literacy
6. Person who is flexible, high committed, and able to travel
