Location: Phnom Penh, Battambang, Siem Reap, Kampot, Kampong Cham, and Banteay Meanchey.

We are seeking highly motivated and qualified individuals to join our team as Financial Planners in Phnom Penh, Battambang, Siem Reap, Kampot, Kampong Cham, and Banteay Meanchey.

In this role, you will play a vital part in achieving sales targets by collaborating with our bank partners and sales teams, providing innovative financial consultant, and building strong relationships with customers.

• Target Achievement: Collaborate effectively with partners and sales teams to drive sales growth and consistently meet established sales targets.
• Customer Solutions: Understand customer needs and tailor life insurance solutions to address their financial protection and long-term savings goals.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Maintain a good relationship with our bank partners to get more referrals.
• Excellent Service: Provide exceptional customer service by actively addressing inquiries, offering valuable information, and supporting after-sales needs.
• Promotional Support: Actively participate in company promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
• Task Management: Execute additional tasks assigned by the line manager to contribute to the overall success of the team and company.

• High School Diploma or bachelor’s degree (required).
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experiences in sales, marketing, training, or development within the insurance industry (highly preferred).
• Proven track record of success in completed/exceeding sales targets and building lasting customer relationships.
• Strong convincing and influencing skills to guide clients towards informed financial decisions.
• Relevant experience in life insurance or general insurance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and solution-oriented skills.
• Openness to embracing change and continuous learning and improvement.
