1. Prepare strategic plans and operational plan for Chinese Department
2. Monitor overall and ensure the quality of Chinese programs
3. Promote Chinese Program through every possible mean
4. Work with media team to create promotional materials:
a. Photos and videos shooting
b. Flyers, banners, brochures, leaflets etc.
5. Finding qualified human resources
6. Work on staff’s roles and responsibilities division
7. Consult and counsel staff on relevant matters
8. Keep all the data and documents and look for points to improve Chinese Department
9. Teach as substitute teacher or take over classes when necessary
10. Prepare budget plan for Chinese Department
11. Attend meetings:
a. External (outside CAM-ASEAN as required by the organization)
b. Internal (with CAM-ASEAN staff and management team)
12. Prepare all kinds of certificates, transcripts, study records, confirmation letter and recommendation letter
13. Produce departmental reports
14. Prepare book request for new term
15. Prepare, edit, and update (Course calendar and class schedule for new term)
16. Produce memos and plans for:
a. New term registration flow
b. All examinations (midterm, final, and CAM-ASEAN tests)
17. Supervise and provide full support to teacher affairs:
18. Perform other tasks assigned by branch manager
- Having minimum 1- or 2-year related work experience in education sector;
- Holding at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certificate;
- Possessing ability to work with diverse groups;
- Having good Chinese proficiency;
- Having strong commitment;
- Have good Communication skills, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills;
- Must be responsible, reliable, resourceful, punctual, creative and cooperative
