Missions
The Primary Khmer teacher needs to provide quality education in order to ensure students develop subject-knowledge, specific learning skills, and students' moral and attitude with respect and love to all people and nations.
Preparation time / administration
- Develop annual teaching plan, lesson plans, and administrative documents as required by educational departments
- Create the varieties of teaching materials to assist the student’s learning
- Decorate classroom to be a friendly classroom and also to ensure that the classroom environment is an attractive learning
- Prepare exam sheets for formative and summative assessments.
Teaching
- Teaching Khmer Social study & Science subjects following the MoEYS’s national curriculum
- Use various teaching methods and learning activities to ensure that students are both active and have insightful interaction
- Organize indoor and outdoor learning with exposing students to real life and practice.
- Assess students’ knowledge in order to define their strengths and the area of improvements and set up plan to help weak students.
Others
- Educate students with positive discipline, respect, and good habits.
- Participate in weekly technical meetings.
- Participate in class council meetings, parental meetings and school events.
- Initiate and lead students to join the Khmer language competition organize by school, the national level and international level.
- Certificate of primary teacher recognized by MoEYS
- Degree in Khmer subject is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at primary level.
- Love teaching profession and commit to teach underprivileged girls
- Adaptability and a willingness to be flexible
- Strong ability in team work, communication, and problem-solving
- Willing to develop personal knowledge and skills
- Competent in ICT for use in teaching and learning
- High commitment in developing the school.
- Punctuality and respect the school rule.
