Responsibilities and Duties

"Guardian" of Company's CD/Cl and Brand
Adapts regional marketing plan according to local needs with local Product Management and Sales
Implements the regional media strategy in an operative media plan together with the local branch of the global media agency
Develops local, tactical Marketing concepts in coordination with the region
Conducts briefings of external agencies
Coordinates printing-related advertising material (quantities etc.)
Adaptation of regional and global POS advertising materials
Creation of local POS advertising materials only if needed
Coordinates merchandising material
Coordinates and represents the other functions of his team if necessary
Is responsible for the marketing budget (planning & controlling)
Maintains/moderates local social media (Facebook, YouTube, lnstagram, etc.)
Creates and maintains the local Company website and digital catalogue by using the Company Content Management System (CMS) and Product Database I coordinates the translation process
Conducts measures for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) on a local website and other relevant channels
Works closely together with local E-commerce Specialists regarding performance driven marketing/e-commerce measures
Conducts CRM / E-Mail Marketing measures for potential and existing customers
Conducts measures to generate Product Ratings & Reviews and monitors customer feedback in coordination with Customer Support
Support the drive of Regional product initiatives (e.g. classic products) aligned with the overall product strategy at the local level
Adaption and execution of market launch activities for new products from region at the local level

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates must possess at least Professional Diploma, Degree in Business or Marketing
At least 5-6 years of working experience in related field
An experienced team leader or in a managerial role
Experience in Web Marketing and product management is an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (Spoken & Written)
Usage of Creative Cloud is an added advantage
