• Develop and implement marketing and communications strategy including web, social media, print and face to face, marketing and branding
• Ensure all messaging aligns with key business strategies
• Leads and manages creation process of marketing materials and assets for all brands including signage, campaigns, marketing collateral, PowerPoints, communication templates, website banner ads, email campaigns, and print advertisements etc
• Proofs all communication concepts and asset creation to support all campaigns
• Write and optimize content and create communication for both offline and online channel
• Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities
• Develop and deliver media strategy and develop relationships with media stakeholders to ensure maximum positive exposure of Makro
• Define key performance indicators for each communications channel which will indicate a campaign's level of success
• Coordinating the production of marketing materials such as brochures, fliers, catalogs, or other printed materials used to promote products or services
• Analyzing results from each communication to determine what was successful
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing or any related field
• 5 Years of experience in marketing communication is preferred
• Proven success designing and executing marketing and communications strategies
• Up to date on industry trends and able to stay ahead of the curve
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills
• Familiarity with B2B and B2C advertising campaigns
• Hands-on experience with web content management tools, like WordPress
• Experience with marketing campaigns on social media
• Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good presentation skills
• Excellent media relations skills
