Hiring Position: Productivity & Promotion Manager

Line Manager: Chief Agency Officer

Location: FWD Head Office, Phnom Penh

We are seeking highly motivated and qualified individuals to join our team as Productivity & Promotion Manager, Based at FWD head office, Phnom Penh.

This role is to increase productivity, improve active ratio, develop Elite/MDRT members, and design and implement campaigns, events, recognition programs well and efficiently to achieve the monthly, quarterly, annual target.

• Drive productivity and improve active ratios by leading/driving key relevant programs, including MDRT Development Program (incentive/bonus design, mentoring program, training, and development, bootcamps, networking/ membership, personal branding, and other on-going biz support).
• Design and implement initiative to attract, recruit experienced/potential candidates to join FWD such as Full-Time Financial Consultant Program, career seminars, customer events to drive sales such as client seminars.
• Develop individual and corporate affiliates programs to generate sales leads for Agency force, and work with the digital marketing team to generate and increase quality leads,
• Monitor effectiveness of the initiatives/programs by providing insights, analyses, and recommendations to improve production and active ratio and to increase Elite/MDRT qualified.
• Strategize sales initiatives through leading and designing sales campaigns, contests, and recognition programs by working closely with sales leaders and relevant stakeholders,
• Ensure the effectiveness of the campaign and promotion by monitoring/tracking performance report, conducting analysis and proposing alternatives/ recommendation to drive better promotion & communication.
• Conduct market intelligent study to stay up to date on the market trend and customer behavior to introduce effective campaign initiatives.
• Lead Agency events, including kick off meetings, Agency leaders meeting, Agency staff meeting, etc., and engage in organizing customers’ events.
• Support and engage in other key initiatives, including Agency model design, product development/innovation, business expansion, compensation revamp, onboarding process, etc.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager.

• Degree holder with minimum 03 years of experience in (insurance) sales, and people management experience. Agency business and sales management experience is preferred.
• Understanding of insurance products/regulations, to certain extent
• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to deal in complex & challenging situations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (both writing and speaking)
• Able to travel within and outside Cambodia, as required.
