- Pre-Sales Consultant responsibilities broadly include providing consultation on Software, Hardware, Solutions and Services to current and prospective customers thru closely working with various internal (Technical, Sales & Purchasing) and external channels. Aim to satisfy various technical, functional etc. queries of customers to their satisfaction.
- Prepare proposals to address customers functional, technical, and financial etc. expectations.
- Contribute to build RFI and RFP to address customer requirements.
- Proactively look for creative ways to position the value of our solutions offerings, domain expertise and business functional knowledge at a high level.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of offered technologies and similar technologies to effectively compare, compete and position in the market.
- Effectively follow up customers to track their satisfaction level and create additional revenue opportunities.
- Help identify and communicate approaches to improve our offerings and internal processes to meet new requirement.
- Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with our vendors.
- Bachelor degree of IT or related field
- Keen to update and learn new technologies.
- Effectively communicate at various levels.
- Build customer relationships
- Good command in English
