Responsibilities and Duties

Oversee and manage all company logistics and shipping processes for product import only (not export)
Organized and prepare shipments and documentation for sending and import by air and sea freight
Work with and manage multiple different logistics companies to complete shipping tasks
Communicate (by email, chat app) directly with international product suppliers, to arrange shipments
Manage documentation for import, Cambodia customs clearance, and duty tax payments (not export)
Manage other supply chain staff, including employees working in stock control and local product delivery

Qualifications and Skills

University (Bachelor) degree or equivalent is required
Accounting or Business Management degree is required, with prior experience in logistics (import)
Experience working in medical supplies, pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or supermarket business is a plus
Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is required
Experience using AI tools is a plus (Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude)
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team – Self-motivated with initiative and problem-solving skills
Honest and positive attitude
