Inventory & Logistics Management

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the movement and storage of vehicles and parts.
• Ensure timely and efficient deliveries to customers and dealer networks.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock level optimization through regular reporting and analysis.

Import Coordination

• Work with customs, tax departments, and relevant authorities to manage import documentation and compliance processes.
• Ensure timely vehicle clearance and delivery to dealers and customers.

Customer Service & Support

• Provide responsive updates throughout the delivery and logistics process.
• Assist in resolving shipment or import-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1 year of experience in logistics, dealership operations, or coordination is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong math and Excel skills, with a data-driven mindset.
• Logical, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with multiple stakeholders.
• Opened mindset to learn new things

Languages

• Native Khmer with strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Thai and Chinese language skills are an added advantage.
