- Manage and process the booking from customer and supplier carriers both ocean import and export shipment
- Carry out daily operation task efficiently and work within area guidelines and company’s policies and procedures
- Provide document for and monitor customs clearance and coordinate with related parties
- Follow up with carrier/airlines and update cargo status to agent/customer on time
- Report and feedback on irregularities, pre-claims, and problems to manager
- Follow up on customer shipment advices and feedback to customer and oversea agent and make respective shipment arrangements
- Work out quotations for existing customers and providing obtained market information to sales
- Take up additional tasks as assigned by management
- Education – Finished a Bachelor Degree or related fields
- Experience – At least 3 years
- Language –Good written and spoken English, Chinese is a plus
- Computer literacy – Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, and Outlook)
- Able to work in a highly integrated team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Dynamic, fast learner, and open-minded
