• Prepare planning reports, forecasts, and analysis using advanced Excel tools.
• Coordinate with production and related departments to ensure smooth workflow.

• Strong experience in manpower and material planning.
• Very strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, data analysis).
• Strong knowledge of production processes and workflow management.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
