Location Phnom Penh

Business Strategy & Growth: Translate company vision into actionable annual plans; execute strategies to hit revenue, market share, and profitability targets; recommend strategic initiatives to the CEO.
Sales & Business Development: Lead sales strategies across channels, optimize pricing and commercial plans, and strengthen relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
Supply Chain & Operations: Oversee daily operations—including procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics—to ensure product availability, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.
Financial & Budget Management: Lead annual budgeting and forecasting; monitor P&L, cash flow, and operating expenses; drive financial discipline and implement corrective actions as needed.
People Leadership: Coach and mentor department heads, drive team performance, and partner with HR on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational culture.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
At least 8 years of relevant business management experience, including significant leadership responsibility; experience in trading, FMCG, beverage, or distribution businesses is preferred.
Proven experience in business planning, sales management, financial performance, and operational leadership.
Strong understanding of distribution channels, commercial operations, and customer relationship management.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing business performance against targets.
