To own the end-to-end lifecycle of Company's Auto Loan and EV Finance products from product design and pricing through system configuration, branch rollout, and post-launch performance management ensuring the portfolio grows within approved risk appetite and delivers the income contribution committed in the annual plan.

Product Design & Development

• Design and maintain Auto Loan and EV Finance product programs: eligibility criteria, LTV and tenor matrices, pricing and fee structures, collateral and security requirements, and down-payment rules.
• Prepare product concept papers, business cases and financial models (volume, yield, cost of funds, expected credit loss, contribution margin) for Management and Board approval.
• Draft and maintain product manuals, credit policy annexes, standard operating procedures, application forms and customer-facing documents in Khmer and English.
• Ensure all product documentation complies with NBC regulations, consumer protection requirements and internal credit policy; coordinate approvals with Internal Control, Legal/Compliance and Finance.

Launch & Branch Enablement

• Own the product launch plan and timeline; coordinate with IT/Core Banking on product parameter setup, workflow configuration and UAT sign-off.
• Work with HR/T&D to build training content and certify branch Credit Officers, Branch Managers and Auto Loan staff before go-live.
• Provide day-to-day product support to branches: resolve case-level queries, clarify policy interpretation, and act as escalation point for product exceptions.
• Coordinate with Marketing on campaign materials and pricing communication to customers and branches.

Portfolio Interpretation & Product Adjustment

• Specify the product-specific metrics, cuts and reporting frequency required from Product Performance & Data Analysis; this role defines what it needs to see, but does not build or maintain the reports.
• Interpret the Auto & EV performance reporting issued by Product Performance & Data Analysis, and own the explanation of variance against plan to Management.
• Recommend, obtain approval for, and implement product adjustments pricing, eligibility criteria, LTV, tenor and process on the basis of that reporting and of competitor evidence.
• Monitor competitor products, market pricing and EV market developments in Cambodia; maintain a competitive positioning file.

Governance & Control

• Maintain the product risk register and ensure controls identified at design stage are operating; respond to Internal Audit and Internal Control findings related to the product.
• Define the product data fields, codes and parameters that must be captured at origination so the product can be reported and monitored correctly; escalate data-capture failures to IT and to Product Performance & Data Analysis for resolution.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related field. Master's degree is an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in financial services, of which at least 3 years in a leasing company, auto finance company, or the auto/vehicle finance division of a bank or MFI, in a product development, product management or product operations role.
• Essential background: Direct hands-on exposure to vehicle or asset leasing / hire-purchase products including product structuring, LTV and tenor design, collateral valuation, and vehicle registration and title processes.
• Advantageous: Exposure to EV financing products, and launching a new lending product from concept through to market.
• Fluent Khmer; strong professional English (written and spoken) this role produces documentation for a trilingual management team. Korean is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel (financial modelling, pivot tables); confident with core banking / LOS systems; strong PowerPoint and business-writing skills.
• Concrete and fact-based, with a keen eye for detail; notices and corrects errors in figures, policy wording, forms and system parameters before they reach the branches.
• Practical and execution-focused; plans and delivers in a disciplined, sequential order strong at rollout checklists, UAT scripts and launch tracking.
• Draws on proven practice from prior product launches and translates policy into specific procedures that frontline staff can follow.
• Thorough and complete; comfortable with audit, compliance checks and reconciliation work.
