To serve as the single source of truth for product and portfolio performance across company's building, maintaining and interpreting the data, dashboards and analytical models that tell Management how each product, branch and officer is actually performing, and converting that evidence into specific, actionable recommendations.

Performance Reporting & Dashboards

• Design, build and maintain the standard product performance reporting suite: daily disbursement tracking, weekly pipeline, monthly product P&L contribution, and quarterly portfolio review packs.
• Maintain branch-level and officer-level performance dashboards covering disbursement, outstanding, portfolio quality, productivity and yield.
• Guarantee the accuracy, timeliness and consistency of all reported figures; reconcile Product reporting against Finance and Operations sources every reporting cycle.
• Standardize definitions and calculation logic across the institution (data dictionary), so that a given metric means the same thing in every report.

Analysis & Insight

• Conduct vintage and cohort analysis to distinguish underwriting quality problems from servicing/collection problems.
• Perform segmentation analysis by product, branch, ticket size, tenor, customer type and acquisition channel to identify profitable and unprofitable segments.
• Run pricing and profitability analysis: yield, cost of funds, operating cost allocation, expected credit loss and net contribution by product.
• Analyze the effect of campaigns, incentive schemes and policy changes; provide before/after evidence of impact.
• Build early-warning indicators for portfolio deterioration and flag them to Management, Risk and Operations.

Data Management & Automation

• Own the product data extraction layer: define and maintain queries, extracts and data feeds from the core banking system.
• Identify and eliminate manual reporting effort through automation (SQL, Power Query, Power BI or equivalent).
• Establish and enforce data quality controls; investigate and resolve data integrity issues with IT and Operations.
• Maintain a documented, version-controlled report library so that reporting continuity does not depend on any single individual.

Decision Support

• Prepare analytical inputs for the annual business plan, budget and target-setting process (product volume, yield and quality assumptions).
• Provide ad-hoc analysis for Management, the CEO and the Board, presented clearly and concisely with a stated conclusion and recommendation.
• Supply Product Managers with the analysis required for product design, repricing and adjustment decisions; the recommendation and the decision itself remain with the Product Manager.
• Provide the data foundation for regulatory and shareholder reporting as requested by Finance and Compliance.

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Management Information Systems, or a related quantitative field Master's degree is an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in data analysis, MIS, business intelligence, portfolio analytics or product performance management, preferably within a bank, MFI, leasing company or other regulated financial institution.
• Essential background: Demonstrated experience producing management-level portfolio and product reporting from a core banking system.
• Advantageous: Experience building dashboards used by senior management; exposure to credit scoring or incentive scheme modelling.
• Fluent Khmer; strong professional English (written and spoken). Korean is an advantage.
• Expert Excel; Power BI / Tableau or equivalent; familiarity with core banking data structures.
• Fact-based and evidence-driven; will not state a number that has not been verified against source data.
• Meticulous with detail; instinctively reconciles, cross-checks and validates line by line before releasing a report.
• Methodical and sequential; follows a defined reporting calendar and works through analysis in an orderly, documented sequence.
• Realistic and precise in definition; states clearly what the figures show versus what is being inferred, and insists that each metric has one exact, documented calculation
