The Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking, is managing and growing customers within Commercial Banking segment by aligning with the bank’s strategy. Relationship Manager manages and grows overall customer relationship value via banking solution. Customer’s operating account/transactional account are strategically managed and grew via the implementation of customer account plan and seizing cross-selling opportunities
- Grow loan and deposit (either lending-related or non-lending-related) within customer segment focus and business strategy. Grow CASA and improve CASA ratio for lowering funding cost.
- Grow revenue – an interest income and a non-interest income (which is included with both loan related fee income and fee-based income).
- Grow customer base from new to bank (NTB) and strengthen relationships with existing customers (ETB) for maximizing overall relationship value and business referrals.
- Strengthening business preposition of customer centricity and product mix for pitching NTB and building sticky relationship through product & service capability, and right banking solution
- Implementing and improving customer account plan, customer pipeline, and client call report as key tools for productivity measurement.
- Strategically managing and controlling customer portfolio & asset quality through the execution of “first line of defense” approach and enhancing good clients onboarding.
- Conduct credit and operational risk assessment as per outlined in credit poli and guidelines.
- Follow onboarding procedure as well as KYC process within the segment as per process and guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Economic, Finance and Banking or other related fields
- At least 4 years’ experience in commercial ban’s relationship role and credit assessment
- Extensive knowledge of commercial banking lending and trade products, digital banking products and services.
- Good understanding financial compliance, risk management and regulatory requirements.
- Strong sales management and demonstrate tactical selling and negotiation skills.
- Having a good knowledge of business industries and cross border trade.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Demonstrate understandable verbal and written communication skills.
