1. Receptionist and telephone operator
- Reception of all guests and incoming telephone
- Answer and forwarding of outside lines
2. NGO-civil participation division (NGO-Desk) support
- Assist receiving study tour members
- Arrangement of information data base
3. JICA-NET
- Operation and management of the JICA-NET TV conference system
4. Library
- Registration and management of JICA Plaza information and library documents
- Lending books of JICA Plaza library
5. Others
- Serving of tea and coffee
- Preparation of meeting room
- General affairs that JICA request at any time
- Be friendly and courteous at all times.
- Bachelor Degree in English, IR, Marketing or related subjects
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good knowledge of computer (Ms. Office, Internet and Email)
- Very Good command of English
- At least 1 year experience of similar roles
- Ability to work well in a team
- Ability to deal with people of cross-cultures
- Strong Listening, Communication, Presentation, Social Skills and Time Management.
