Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact (SPOC) for assigned customers
- Manage daily communication related to, Inbound/Outbound operation,
- Inventory Status, Delivery and any service issue.
Order & Operations Coordination
- Accurate order processing
- On-time dispatch and delivery
- Monitor order cut-off times and service commitments
- Proactively inform customers of any operational risks or delay
Inventory & Data Accuracy
- Stock balances
- Batch and expiry information
- Quarantine or hold stock
- Support cycle counts and stock reconciliation with customers
- Investigate and explain inventory discrepancies
Incident & Complaint Management
- Manage distribution and warehouse incidents including:
- Miss-pick /miss-delivery
- Delayed delivery
- Damage or temperature deviation
- Minimum 2–5 years’ experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of both written & spoken English
- Patience, flexibility, problem solving, able to work under pressure, team-oriented
