- Grow portfolio of emerging-affluent and affluent individual clients to build a strong relationship with both existing clients and prospective customers.
- Identify potential customers and bring in the new deposit base and clients for the segment
- Procure new business through customer acquisitions and manage relationships with existing customers
- Provide financial advice, consultation and dispensing customized solutions in alignment with the banking standards and industry regulations
- Deliver client satisfaction through tailored solutions according to client objectives and service issue resolution
- Conduct financial portfolio management for clients through quality advice and recommendations with a suite of banking
- Perform other tasks assigned by line supervisor
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance and Banking or other related degrees
- At least 2 years of working experience in banking services, and contact center are preferred
- Confident, strong communication and interpersonal skills with high network individuals and companies
- Strong understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements is an advantage
- Candidates with strong acquisition or good networking background are preferred
- Good at English and Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, and PowerPoint)
