Responsibilities and Duties

Manage purchasing plan following purchasing request (P.R.)
Manage all about purchase order (P.O.)
Manage all about Payment Voucher (P.V.)
Collaborate with internal and external parties.
Searching for suppliers for bidding, negotiation, and purchasing.
Manage and develop provider pool.
Drive and responsible procurement saving target.
Summary and presenting monthly progress/highlight and update in Country Management Meeting and APAC Regional procurement meeting.
Do the external provider evaluation based on the quality procedure.
Comply with the internal quality procedures
At all times, comply with the Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct
Perform various other duties as assigned by the superior

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s or master's degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Management / Accounting.
5 years of experience in procurement and/or related field.
2 years' experience in procurement and/or related field at a supervisor level or higher.
Able to coordinate and motivate a team towards a common goal
Good command of English
Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office
Fair command of English
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Applies judgment and acts according to the SGS standards of ethics and integrity
Services mind.
