• Assist the Project Manager in advancing all phases of energy storage project management, including resource procurement, coordination and communication with clients and EPC contractors, and tracking of installation, testing, and maintenance activities
• Act as the primary coordinator during project delivery phases, effectively managing relationships with project owners and EPC contractors to resolve issues and ensure timely and successful project handover.
• Monitor, track, and control the progress of on-site installation, system commissioning, and maintenance tasks. Proactively facilitate collaboration among internal technical and operational teams to support task completion.
• Fulfill additional ad-hoc duties and project-related assignments as directed by the Project Manager.

Language Skills:

• Must be fluent in both Khmer (Cambodian) and English (written and spoken).
• Basic to intermediate Chinese (Mandarin) listening and speaking skills are required for effective communication with internal teams and stakeholders.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, Civil, or a related field).

Experience & Background:

• Previous experience or educational background in the power, electrical, or renewable energy industry is a significant advantage.
• Candidates from other engineering disciplines with relevant project coordination or field experience will also be considered.
• For exceptionally qualified candidates, the specific academic background requirement may be flexible.
