We are seeking a hands-on and organized Dismantle Engineer to manage and coordinate all dismantling and asset relocation activities across telecommunications sites in Cambodia. This role is responsible for overseeing the full dismantle cycle from site activity execution through to inbound warehouse acceptance, working closely with Material Control and logistics teams to ensure assets are properly recovered, tracked, and documented.
- Follow up and monitor all Dismantle Asset and Relocation Asset activities across assigned sites to ensure execution aligns with project schedule
- Track and report dismantle progress from site activity initiation through to inbound warehouse acceptance and closure
- Coordinate closely with Material Control and Mover teams for timely pickup and delivery of dismantled assets to the designated warehouse
- Act as PIC (Person in Charge) for LDM (List of Dismantle Material) process and follow up until final approval by the Network Swap (NS) team
- Assign dismantling tasks to field engineers and subcontractors; monitor daily progress and resolve on-site issues promptly
- Ensure all dismantled assets are properly labeled, documented, and handed over in accordance with asset management procedures
- Maintain accurate dismantle tracking records and dashboards; escalate risks and delays to the Project Manager in a timely manner
- Support site acceptance and closure activities ensuring all documentation is completed and submitted per operator requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in telecom site dismantling, asset recovery, or network swap projects within the telecommunications sector
- Familiarity with ZTE or equivalent vendor equipment dismantling procedures and asset handling processes
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in telecom field operations, site coordination, or subcontractor management
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordination with internal teams, subcontractors, and warehouse personnel
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel dashboards, and other tracking tools)
