Responsibilities and Duties

Collect required government documents for right-of-way acquisition and help create related plans.
Track and summarize the progress of the right-of-way acquisition to ensure it follows the plan.
Work with the outsourcing certification manager to verify right-of-way acquisition outsourcers, assist the procurement team with confirming work responsibilities and service items, and help with acquiring right-of-way services.
Manage the right-of-way acquisition team and subcontractors.
Review right-of-way acquisition reports and ensure availability of the right-of-way.
Create and manage the budget for right-of-way acquisition and control costs.
Collect all documentation related to the right-of-way acquisition process.

Qualifications and Skills

Min. Associate Degree in related field.
Good communication skills and proficient in English.
Experience in OSP, permitting, construction management, particularly in telecommunications, utilities or infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with the permitting process for telecommunication networks, fiber optic infrastructure and utility installations is preferred
Strong knowledge of the permitting process for outdoor plant infrastructure, including right-of-way (ROW) permits, environmental clearances, zoning regulations, and utility coordination.
