Reporting To: Technical Manager

Technical Service

• To support department to ensure that industrial operations are performed in compliance with the quality procedure and standards applied by the Company.
• To support the implementation and maintaining quality control procedures for every laboratory.
• Support the Technical Engineer to work with the procurement department and Management to select the most suitable suppliers related to the distribution and manufacture of the products mentioned above.
• Gather information from road authorities, contractors, project owner, and technical institutions on markets trends and detect opportunities for the company to propose new product and solution.
• To support research studies of key products with Universities/Institutes
• To promote new strategic products to consultants, project owners, and road authorities
• Support in arranging the technical sharing session related to Product knowledge and site performance, both internal/external, etc.

Troubleshooting

• To communicate and collaborate with operations and sales departments in case of quality issues and implement corrective actions related to those issues.
• To provide site support and troubleshooting to customers who are using the Company’s products.

Product Development

-      To support research studies of key products with Universities/Institutes

-      To promote new strategic products to consultants, project owners, and road authorities.

• Technical knowledge in the field of asphalt pavement construction and asphalt materials testing.
• Knowledge of the related legislation (Standards, Specifications, Quality policies, etc.)
• PC skills (MS Office - especially Excel, web, Email)
• Analytical thinking
• Fluent in English
• Organizational and communication skills
• Driving License & Be able to travel to provincial
