- Recruitment process & Interview arrangement for requirement resources in project
- Reporting and manage database for resources in project
- Formulates, releases, promotes, and implements the HR management system for the project team.
- Team building: calls and recruits personnel in the startup phase of the project to set up the project team, including calling Chinese employees and recruiting and leasing local personnel.
- Capability improvement: includes training of new employees, skills delivery from Chinese employees to local employees and internal knowledge delivery performed by senior experts, to train internal personnel for the project.
- Appraisal : implements the performance management system of the company, implements performance management within the project team accordingly, and makes good use of the results
- Enhances internal corporate culture in the project team, implements cohesion building, and boosts member morale.
- Establishes, manages, and update of the member ledger for the project team.
- Dynamically manages the appraisal and man-hours of the core roles of the project.
- Familiar with Excel, PPT, and other office software.
- Good in English or Mandarin
- Experience in HR engineering communication
- Good cooperation and coordination
