- To establish, maintain and manage good relationships with existing vendors, and prospects and be committed to delivery of the highest level of service of Company
- Adhere to to achieve Company goal & objectives
- Ensure Promotional Acquisition and Retention Targets are achieved per Promotion Category and Account Segment.
- Ensure all queries, escalations and requests are responded to and completed by OTC-Account specialist Team within SLA
- Be the local market expert, gather account feedback, monitor competitor activity and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Approaching Promotional Campaigns with Marketing and Sales Support Team to achieve daily/weekly and monthly/ Quarter Targets. follow key business KPIs daily and manage execution and implementation of suggested measures.
- Identify improvement areas and gaps along with providing actionable suggestions / measures to respective stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain spreadsheets (databases and project plans), prepare guidelines and decks to make sure all information is well-recorded and up to date. overview campaign performance in end-of-campaign reports, with results, key outcomes and learnings.
- OTC, Account Specialist ensures all Provinces are well supported and serviced in order to produce the required Sales, Promotions and Marketing Objectives within the designated Provinces. The OTC-Account Specialist is also responsible for a Team of OTC-Account Specialists for each Province.
- Degree Holder with 2+ Years’ Experience in Sales Position or Relate to Sales/Service better level of independence, self-confidence and responsibility Experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Able to work cohesively, detail-oriented, organized with the ability to multitask.
- Positive character with optimistic attitude towards new challenges Able to work analytically and detail oriented.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents Proactive, Confident and consistent working flow Track, Measure and implement performance and growth using appropriate system, tools and techniques.
Important criteria to note:
- Male is preferred
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Ability to travel to provinces (2 times per quarter, each time is for 3-5 days)
- OTC = Out of the City
- Handling local stores only
