This role will focus on a comprehensive marketing strategy, including acquiring new consumers, retaining existing users, and executing platform-led activities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, using data to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement. This is a pivotal role in accelerating our market penetration and building a vibrant user ecosystem.

End-Consumer Acquisition & User Retention

• Develop and execute monthly online and offline campaigns to acquire new consumer users and retain existing ones. This includes digital advertising, social media campaigns, and in-platform promotions for LSSS Brand Renters and EcoSystem Partners.
• Maintain expert-level familiarity with all of platform marketing tools and features to effectively plan, execute, and analyze campaigns.

Platform-Led Activities & Retailer Collaboration

• Plan and execute marketing activities aimed at driving consumer engagement with brand partners and retailers.
• Manage a calendar of seasonal and scheduled in-platform activities, ensuring timely execution.
• Collaborate directly with retailers to support their marketing efforts and in-platform campaigns, providing guidance and assistance to maximize their performance.

External Partnership & Data Analysis

• Serve as the primary liaison with outsourced agencies to execute online and offline activities, providing creative briefs and monitoring performance.
• Analyze in-platform and out-of-platform data (e.g., sales, engagement) to provide data-driven recommendations, optimize campaigns, and improve overall user experience.
• A/B test creative and messaging to identify the most effective approaches.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business Management).
• 2-3 years of experience in the related role (e.g., Logistics, Operations, Vendor Management).
• Interest and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving responsibilities.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Abilit to work independently and as part of a team.
• Technical expertise in application testing, mobile computing, and hardware device troubleshooting (not required, but a plus)
