We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for meeting individual and team sales targets, launching new and novel products, and driving business expansion. This role requires strong field sales experience, strategic planning abilities, and team leadership skills.
- Be a sales and revenue ‘hunter’, driving growth and ensuring strong profit
- Develop a strong pipeline of potential products and prospective partners.
- Oversee and lead all promotional campaigns and coordinate with the marketing and sales departments to develop and implement strategies and engagement through social media and traditional marketing channels.
- Monitor, evaluate and audit all promotions and offerings to our customers and build relationships with our partners.
- Devise, promote, and implement procedures and strategies to increase revenue and effectively recognize areas of opportunity for cost containment by following the Company’s guidelines.
- Manage sales employees to ensure they are alert to all their duties and adhere to company policies and procedures. Also, create a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction, quality hiring, training, and succession planning processes that encompass the company’s diversity commitment.
- Create a system for ensuring the timely collection of all sales and to cover all commercial risks where possible by adhering to the Company policies.
- To be in control, monitor, and report regularly on the financial situation of the sales department, to meet and exceed the company goals and budget.

- Bachelors degree in Medical Science, Business or Marketing
- Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in pharma or specialty products
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in launching new products and managing field sales teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel for market visits and partner engagement.
