Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote our company’s products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital advertising, social media management, content creation, SEO/SEM, analytics, and branding. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, improve online presence, and drive measurable growth.

Responsibilities and Duties

The key responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Executive include but are not limited to:

1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display ads, etc.).
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Assist in the development of digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

2. Social Media Management

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social platforms.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow the follower base.
  • Run paid social campaigns and report performance metrics.

3. SEO & Website Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
  • Improve on-page and off-page SEO factors.
  • Collaborate with content and web teams to enhance user experience and site performance.

4. Content Creation

  • Develop compelling content for blogs, email newsletters, ads, landing pages, and social media.
  • Coordinate with design teams to produce high-quality creatives, videos, and graphics.

5. Email Marketing

  • Build and manage email marketing workflows and automation.
  • Segment audiences and optimize email campaign performance.
  • Monitor open rates, CTR, and conversions.

6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing dashboards.
  • Prepare monthly/weekly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Adjust strategies based on performance data.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (depending on job level).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines.
