Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Enterprises Business Sales. This role is responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, managing key corporate accounts, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, particularly in the telecom, ICT, or BPO industries, and a passion for building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities and Duties

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve annual sales targets by generating qualified leads and converting opportunities into revenue
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new accounts
  • Collaborate with HQ support teams to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction

Key Account Management

  • Plan and manage the full relationship lifecycle with strategic corporate accounts
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to understand their needs and ensure retention
  • Conduct regular service reviews and manage contract renewals and negotiations
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with client objectives

Sales Operations & Market Coverage

  • Conduct sales presentations, pitches, and product/service demonstrations
  • Ensure market penetration and proper account coverage across assigned territories or sectors
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities

Contract & Price Negotiation

  • Negotiate pricing, service terms, and contract conditions in line with company sales strategy
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and service quality

After-Sales Support & Customer Success

  • Provide comprehensive after-sales support including issue resolution, process improvement, and satisfaction tracking
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer feedback and inquiries
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in Telecom, ICT, BPO, Manufacturing, or with System Integrator (SI) partners
  • Proven track record in key account management, business development, and customer success
  • Solid understanding of telecommunication products and enterprise sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to perform under high-pressure environments
  • Willingness to travel regularly for client engagements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project)
