The MEP Engineer is responsible for the planning, design, coordination, and supervision of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction projects. This role involves close collaboration with architectural and engineering teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing on-site implementation.

• Existing Work
• Survey existing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Prepare drawings of existing MEP systems
• Compile detailed MEP system survey reports.
• Troubleshoot MEP systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Redesign and New Design Work
• Analyze and design MEP systems for new or renovated projects.
• Develop comprehensive MEP system plans, including design and shop drawings.
• Review project drawings, technical specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Prepare all necessary construction documents such as reports, drawings, and schedules.
• Coordinate closely with architectural and engineering teams to ensure MEP system integration.
• Liaise with third-party consultants or contractors as needed:
• Coordinate and negotiate with third-party teams.
• Review and verify third-party MEP design drawings, BOQs, and shop drawings.
• Supervise MEP installations on-site and ensure alignment with the construction schedule.
• Attend project coordination and site meetings.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with design intent.
• Multitasking & Administrative Work
• Provide regular progress reports to the management team. Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams and all project stakeholders
• Drive the company vehicle for the CEO, managers, or team members when necessary.
• Assist in contract preparation with contractors.
• Perform other assignments as directed by the management team.
