Monday to Friday:
* Morning: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
* Afternoon: 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
Location: Phnom Penh
Salary: Negotiable
- Initiate plan and procedure of financial control department
- Prepare report and format for financial control department to use
- Evaluating Internal Controls: Assessing the effectiveness of internal controls designed to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks that could impact the organization.
- Compliance: Ensuring the company adheres to laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Operational Efficiency: Evaluating business processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance operational performance.
- Financial Accuracy: Reviewing financial records and transactions to verify their accuracy and compliance with CIFRS.
- Reporting: Compiling findings into comprehensive reports for Top management.
- Procurement management
- IT Audits: Assessing the effectiveness of IT controls, data security measures, and the overall reliability of information systems
- Fraud Investigation: Investigating any suspicions of fraud and ensuring appropriate measures are taken to prevent future occurrences.
- Policy and Procedure Review: Maintaining and updating a master inventory of the company’s policies, practices, and processes.
- Advisory Role: Providing recommendations to management on improving business processes and internal controls.
- Training and Development: Educating staff on internal controls and risk management practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of financial statements and internal control principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and accounting software.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- High integrity and strong sense of responsibility.
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Team-oriented and collaborative.
