The Project Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing and executing sales projects to achieve individual and organizational sales targets. This role focuses on developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of sales projects. The Project Sales Supervisor contributes to the company’s growth by driving revenue, optimizing sales processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Plan and execute sales projects to meet or exceed both individual and organizational targets.
- Build and sustain robust relationships with clients to cultivate trust and promote repeat business.
- Conduct outreach to potential clients through various prospecting activities, while identifying and qualifying leads through market research and maintaining a comprehensive database of prospects.
- Schedule business meetings with clients to evaluate their needs and deliver customized solutions that address their requirements.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Follow up with the client’s post-sales to address any issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Enhance customer retention by effectively implementing a customer relationship program and utilizing the best practices in customer data management.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Analyze competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to improve sales processes.
- Prepare detailed reports on project progress, sales performance, and client interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
- Performs other related duties assigned by the Superior.
Solid understanding of the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with strong relationship-building abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; fluent in English, with Chinese proficiency as an advantage.
Positive, self-motivated, and outgoing individual with proven leadership and teamwork capabilities.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
Highly organized, able to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales project management or a similar role. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
