To oversee and manage all purchasing operations of office supplies, IT equipment, and facility materials across the company. Responsible for vendor management, cost efficiency, and compliance, while establishing a strong foundation for the company’s future MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operation) business development.

Procurement & Asset Management

• Develop and implement annual purchasing and asset management plans.
• Supervise requisition, approval, purchase, receiving, and disposal procedures.
• Standardize procurement processes and ensure cost efficiency across all branches.

Vendor & Contract Management

• Select, evaluate, and manage suppliers, conduct price negotiations and contract renewals.
• Monitor delivery timelines, product quality, and supplier performance.
• Maintain an alternative vendor list to mitigate supply risks.

Cost & Data Management

• Analyze procurement data and propose cost-saving measures.
• Prepare monthly expense and procurement performance reports.

MRO Business Development

• Build and maintain internal MRO data and standardize supply processes.
• Strengthen supplier networks to support future MRO operations.

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure transparency and compliance in procurement procedures.
• Maintain complete documentation and support internal/external audits.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Logistics, or IT.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in purchasing, asset management, or MRO operations.
• Language: Khmer and English required; Korean is an advantage.
• Skills: Negotiation, data analysis, ERP/Excel proficiency, and communication.
