Responsibilities and Duties
- Preparing Financial Report monthly (BS/P&L/CF….)
- Performing account reconciliations ï‚· Maintaining the general ledger
- Performing monthly forecast and annual budget
- Make sure all spend, and cash closing follow the forecast
- Recommending ways to reduce costs and control on Overhead spend budget
- Responsible for audit process and provide assistant to auditors, work with Tax Accountant
- Suggest and implement improvements to processes where applicable
- Assist in implementing new financial standards or regulatory requirements
- Support the management team in providing timely, accurate information to assist in decision making
- Other Tasks assign by manager
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor degree in finance/accounting
- 3 to 5 Year in Financial Accounting
- Attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of excel spread sheet
- Flexible and adaptable in approach to work with the ability to multi-task
- Meticulous and accurate
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communicator and personable
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise
- Quick learner
- Team player
