Responsibilities and Duties

Oversee all accounting operations including Billing, Account Receivable, Account Payable, General Ledger, Cost Accounting, Inventory, and Revenue Recognition;
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards;
Develop and monitor internal control systems to ensure integrity and compliance;
Prepare and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections;
Analyze financial results and trends, providing variance analysis and actionable insights;
Monitor Capitalize Expenditure and Operating Expenditure;
Monitor and implement cost control;
Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and filing requirements (VAT, WHT, corporate income tax);
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities;
Manage company’s cash position, banking relationships, and funding requirements;
Lead, train, and supervise finance/accounting team;
Establish performance goals and provide regular feedback and mentoring;
Be able to travel up and down to site once in a while site is in Oddormeanchey province;
Other tasks assigned by top management
