We are looking for an experienced MEP Sales Manager with at least 3–5 years of proven sales experience to drive business growth, manage clients, negotiate contracts, and make independent decisions on pricing and packages. Strong negotiation skills are essential.

• Achieve sales targets and grow business in the MEP sector.
• Identify and secure new clients.
• Negotiate with clients independently.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver clear sales reports.
• Represent the company in meetings, site visits, and industry events.
• Work independently while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• At least 3–5 years of proven sales experience in MEP.
• Strong networking skills and experience in bidding for projects.
• Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Good communication and presentation skills in Khmer and English.
• Knowledge of sales practices is a plus
