Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare sales planning and strategies to improve sales volume throughout the reginal and to achieve goals.
- Present and Sell the company’s products to the clients in the allocated territory.
- Support and implement market surveys.
- Evaluate customer’s need for other opportunities.
- Monitor and report on sales achievement and trends on a timely basis.
- Evaluate on sales strategies and promotion activities to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
- Design and perform effective surveys to prepare for competitiveness in the market.
- Lead, support, and motivate staff to work as a team to achieve the department’s objectives with regular staff appraisal.
- Prepare accurate sales and market reports with analytics regularly.
- Communicate well with other departments closely
- Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
