Responsibilities and Duties
- Identify and approach potential clients to present insurance products and advise solutions
- Understand clients’ needs and recommend appropriate insurance plans
- Explain policy features, benefits, and terms to customers clearly and professionally
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Follow up with clients for renewals, claims procedures, and policy updates
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Keep tracking on insurance product updates, market trends and competitions.
- Other tasks as assigned by team leaders/managers.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fresh Graduate in Business, Marketing, IR, or a related field.
- No experience is required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint) and email
- Has an entrepreneurship mindset and ready to take over challenges
- Good problem-solving skills with a proactive and can-do attitude
- Willing to learn for self-development
