This role will be supporting the Strategy and Special Projects Team in conducting and presenting high impact studies on strategic topics for Grab Cambodia and coordinating cross functional strategic initiatives and projects by providing actionable recommendations based on assessments of the market landscape, both existing and potential to deliver tangible impact to Grab’s business.

• Ensure a well-coordinated Country Strategy for Cambodia, by coordinating with other functions (both local and regional) and facilitating cross-team collaboration
• Support planning & analysis of high impact strategic initiatives. This includes:
• Conduct market research, track and compile industry trends
• Conduct business analysis for high impact strategic topics
• Structuring and helping with problem identification and finding solutions
• Identifying and communicating risks and opportunities
• Advising on the practicalities of implementation, and providing executional/project management support
• Support strategic discussion with external partners
• Support updates to senior management across multiple business functions
• Structure and coordinate the implementation of initiatives (cross-department PMO)
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify emerging needs and business challenges
• Minimal travel required

• Strong academic track record, with a degree in Finance/Business/Economics/Management
• Intellectually curious, highly analytical and able to problem solve, think & debate strategically
• Strong communicator (written and verbal)
