Responsibilities and Duties
- To assist sales manager on managing team and support another sales team when need
- Build rapport and customer relationships and qualifies the customers requirements the most suitable options to the customer, adapting own style according to the customers requirements
- Ensures Sales opportunities are maximized for the full range of SP services and products, including finance, warranties and service plans
- Agrees the sale price in an open and friendly manner, ensuring that Sales Manager authorization is discreetly gained as necessary.
- Co-ordinates order and delivery. Ensures pre-delivery inspections and agreed repairs/serving are carried out prior to delivery
- Maintains contact with the customer to ensure they are kept fully informed throughout the sale and pre-delivery process, notifying them of any changes and arranging a convenient handover.
- Develops relationships to win new business managing relationships, prospecting, handling enquires
- Manages the display of products and merchandise. Ensures vehicles are presented professionally at all times
- Maintains a professional manner and high standards of personal presentation at all time
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or related field.
- Experience in Sales
- Skill in negotiation, relationship management and problem solving
- Outgoing and customer-oriented attitude.
- Be able to work independently and with minimum supervision,
- Able to go nationwide location for marketing research.
