Responsibilities and Duties
- Fully responsible for shift safety and production.
- Understand the vessel and yard day/night operation plans, key vessels, and shift handovers to ensure production continuity and plan fulfillment.
- Conduct on-site inspections, solves production and operational problems.
- Oversee mechanical and manpower deployment during shifts, accelerates ship loading/unloading and vehicle turnover.
- Provide comprehensive management of shift personnel.
- Other tasks assigned by management
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong in Chinese language
- English is an optional conversation
- Minimum 2 years in port operations, terminal handling, or dispatch coordination
- Experience with port terminal or shipping line operations is a strong advantage
- Computer skills: MS Word, Excel
