Providing creative design support for group brand building in Ads and Marketing Activities, Website, Facebook page, Corporate Meetings, and Events. Also developing visual materials for groups and business units to market and promote the company's goods and services to the public.
• Lead the development of creative concepts and produce digital and print visuals to strengthen the Dynamic Group brand identity across all marketing channels.
• Ensure all design outputs—including advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, POSM, merchandising materials, infographics, and presentations—are innovative, high-quality, and consistent with company branding.
• Provide creative direction, guide and mentor internal and external designers, and collaborate closely with marketing and digital teams to translate ideas into impactful designs.
• Manage creative assets, templates, and maintain consistency of brand elements such as logos, fonts, and colour schemes.
• Contribute to event branding with creative designs for exhibitions, workshops, and corporate events, ensuring visual impact and alignment with objectives.
• Monitor and explore trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance creativity and effectiveness of visual communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• 2-3 years of design experience.
• Strong creative portfolio across digital and print media.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong creativity and design sense for digital and print. Knowledge of typography, colour, layout, and brand consistency.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Efficient in verbal and written communication and presentation.
