The Product Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the design, development, and management of innovative financial products and services that align with the company’s strategic goals. This role plays a key part in driving product performance, market competitiveness, and sustainable business growth through strategic planning, market research, and cross-functional collaboration.

Product Development & Management

• Lead or support the full product lifecycle: from concept development to launch and post-launch performance monitoring.
• Enhance existing products to meet evolving customer needs and market trends.
• Ensure product documentation and processes comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Risk, and other departments to ensure smooth product implementation and integration.

Bancassurance Strategy & Execution

• Contribute to the development and execution of Bancassurance strategies.
• Support the creation of insurance products and partnership agreements.
• Assist in building and managing distribution channels (branches, digital platforms, agents).
• Monitor Bancassurance performance metrics and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Business Development & Innovation

• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand product offerings.
• Support the development of business models that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.
• Participate in digital transformation initiatives and innovative delivery channels.

Market Research & Strategic Planning

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve product positioning and market reach.
• Assist in the development of strategic business plans aligned with company objectives.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead or support the product team in achieving performance goals and professional development.
• Foster collaboration across departments to ensure timely and effective project execution.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and contribute to decision-making processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Banking & Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in product development or business development, preferably in banking, microfinance, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of financial products, customer needs, and market dynamics.
• Good project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Khmer (written and spoken)
