Responsibilities and Duties
- Facilitate training both internal and external
- Conduct training need assessment to identify needs of employees
- Design and develop training modules based on identified needs
- Facilitate onboarding for new employees
- Analysis of the effectiveness of the training
- Ensure the effectiveness and impactful Ness of the course designation
- Ensure the correctness of training expense related
- Ensure monthly reports for training and expenses
- Implement L&D initiatives to support employee growth
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through data, feedback, and performance metrics
- Contribute ideas for improving learning culture and employee engagement through L&D.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Education or other relevant.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR related roles.
- Good knowledge of training needs analysis
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital training tools.
- Strong command both Khmer and English
- Coaching and mentoring skills
- People and strong analytical skills
