Production process management

• Coordinate the entire plywood production process, including standardized operation supervision of veneer peeling, drying, gluing, hot pressing, and other links.
• Formulate and optimize production process parameters (such as hot-pressing temperature, pressure, time) to ensure that product quality meets environmental protection standards. 

Quality Control 

• Implement the "three inspection system" (self-inspection, mutual inspection, special inspection), analyze the causes of quality defects, and propose improvement measures.
• Monitor the amount of adhesive used and formaldehyde emission to ensure compliance with national standards.  

Team and equipment management

• Organize employee skills training and assess operational compliance (such as equipment commissioning, safety regulations).
• Develop equipment maintenance plans and manage the operating status of key equipment such as hot presses and rotary cutters.

Cost and safety control

• Count energy consumption and material loss to control production costs.
• Implement 5S management in the workshop and check for safety hazards (such as fire prevention and electric shock prevention).
