Product Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to oversee product development and lifecycle management, working closely with engineering, production, quality assurance, procurement, and commercial teams.

The successful candidate will translate customer and business requirements into practical product specifications, coordinate product development activities, optimize production processes, and ensure products meet quality, cost, and delivery expectations.

• Product Development and Lifecycle Management: Manage products throughout their lifecycle, from concept development and design coordination to prototyping, testing, production, and continuous improvement, Translate customer requirements into clear product specifications and development plans, Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to assess product feasibility, functionality, materials, and performance, Monitor product development milestones and ensure timely delivery.
• Manufacturing and Production Coordination: Work closely with production teams to ensure products can be manufactured efficiently and consistently, Identify opportunities to improve production processes, product quality, material utilization, and operational efficiency, Coordinate with procurement and suppliers regarding materials, components, costs, and delivery schedules, Support the resolution of technical and production issues during product development and manufacturing.
• Quality and Cost Management: Ensure products meet agreed technical specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements, Work with quality assurance teams on product testing, defect prevention, corrective actions, and continuous improvement, Monitor product costs, production efficiency, and development budgets, Support product risk assessment and compliance with applicable safety and regulatory requirements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, procurement, sales, and other relevant departments, Communicate product requirements, project progress, risks, and priorities to key stakeholders, Serve as a central point of coordination to ensure alignment between customer expectations and manufacturing capabilities.
• Product Performance and Improvement: Monitor product performance, customer feedback, quality issues, and opportunities for improvement, Recommend product enhancements, cost optimization initiatives, and new development opportunities, Maintain product documentation, specifications, development records, and progress reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, Product Development, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in product management, product development, engineering project management, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience working with technical products and coordinating product development or manufacturing activities.
• Good English communication skills for coordination with international teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP, CAD, or product lifecycle management systems is an advantage.
• Willingness to work at the company's facility in Udong, Cambodia.
